TBS 緩沖液是生物學中常使用的等滲緩沖鹽溶液，主要用于免疫組化和原位雜交，酶聯免疫等實驗中，清洗免疫印跡實驗中非特異性結合的抗體等。

10×TBS緩沖液成分為： 100mM Tris-HCl，1.5M 氯化鈉。

使用方法：

1、每袋粉劑可配制成1000ml 的10×TBS緩沖液。

2、配制時用去離子水或雙蒸水作為溶劑。

3、取出包裝袋中的全部粉劑溶于800ml 的去離子水或者蒸餾水中，定容至1000ml。

4、臨用前稀釋10倍使用。
